We are a small company from Maribor in Slovenia. We have been dealing with electrical installations for many years. We base our knowledge mainly on experience working abroad in various fields of electrical installations.
Our motto is always quality over quantity and our regular the parties are aware of this. In the business of electrical installations, we always try to present ourselves as serious, professional, by providing support, knowledge and also the workforce. Only in this way we have been able to break into the market over the years and stay there, and slowly expand. We are currently implementing projects in Slovenia, Germany, Austria and Sweden, in home and industrial electrical installations.
We always try to organize a good team because we don’t want to be involved in just one project; but on several; and this is only possible if both parties are satisfied.
The company employs between 25 and 30 electrical installers. 1-2 locksmiths and 1 -2 welders. We select employees based on our experience, their knowledge and qualifications, as well as the needs of our customers.
Our employees are only qualified electrical installers, which means that we do not employ people without proper education and / or experience. Teams are made up of leading electricians with many years of experience, electricians and sometimes (exceptionally) auxiliary electricians or a locksmith.

Each team has its own leader, who, if necessary, divides the work among other workers, takes responsibility for communication with the client / contractor, reports on progress, attends meetings with managers, coordinates work, reports to the company the need for new tools, protective equipment, departures home and more. If necessary, we try to organize several team leaders at the same time. Workers follow the instructions as well as the safety protocols required of us. The mother tongue of our employees is Slovene, Croatian or Serbian and they understand everyone who speaks Serbo-Croatian (ex Yu). Everyone understands and speaks English, and team leaders also speak German, so we always have good communication with other companies.
Our projects include various areas of electrical installations – installation and connection of distribution cabinets, laying cables, knowledge of KNX / EIB, DALI, fire protection systems, production of cable routes, as well as general electrical work in low and medium voltage and everything else that belongs to our area. We will soon have more workers trained for high voltage.
Our employees use only standards-recognized and approved tools and protective equipment. All employees must undergo a medical examination before starting work.
Then we receive training for safe work at height, safe work with waste and environmental protection, and everyone must obtain a certificate for the management of mobile engines.
Elektro GMA also has its own insurance for damage and persons with a risk of up to EUR 120,000 with the possibility of increasing the risk to EUR 5 million (or more) per project, if necessary.
